Could you please be more clear about your isse?

Here is what I got from your question, hope it is the right answer you are looking for.

Spotify sorts playlists by the time you created them, so they are sorted by recently. 

In mobile apps you have the chance to sort the alphbetically or like the one I mentioned above which is default. Same goes for Desktop apps, just that they miss the alphabetical sorting option but instead you can use drag and drop.

As in my favorites playlist they're everywhere and i Want to sort them by the day i put them because my cousin accidentally added some and I want my original playlist. :((

When a playlist is followed or created it is added in your Playlists folder.

On Mobile apps you can sort them by Recently added or Alphabetically. While on Desktop apps of Spotify, you can also use drag and drop as they are autmatically sorted by Recently added. 

Same goes for the songs. You can simply remove those few songs your cousin added.
