Playlist not auto-updating when I connect to WiFi

My Question or Issue

Before, I only open the Spotify App and it will now show on my Phone's notification bar that my downloaded playlists are now updating (Downloading Icon shows on Status Bar of the phone). But some recent update, when I open my Spotify App (connected with WiFi) it no longer updates my Playlists (The Downloading Icon no longer shows). I already checked my phone's notification status, Spotify App notification, and even uninstalled the app hoping this feature will come back. Any help?
