Playlist resets to first song.

So my playlist is 630 songs. When I play a song from my Android then connect it to my PC the next song in the playlist is always the first song of the playlist then proceeds to play the first 100 songs. If I try to shuffle then play to my PC it plays the first 100 songs in my playlist and doesn't shuffle the other 530. I do have premium.

Spotify Connect effectively limits playlists to the first 100 songs, no matter how big the playlist is.  This is a known issue.  Spotify labels the idea to increase the playlist size, "Not Right Now".  See link here:  Go to this link and add your vote to increase the playlist size.
