Podcast genre page not loading

My Question or Issue

When I select the Spotify genre icon, it does to a blank page that never loads. I've tried coding and reopening the app. On wifi and mobile data but it never loads.

I’ve had the same issue on iOS here in NZ, have reinstalled and tried different WiFi/data connections too but no luck so far...

Hi

Ive been having the same issue for about a week. I've clear the app data, deleted and reinstalled the app. Location Melbourne, aus. S10 with Android 10.

• That solved the issue.

Steps to fix:

1. Settings > Delete Cache

2. Uninstall app

3. Reinstall app and log in

4. Search > podcasts ( page should now load)
