My Question or Issue

Spotify feature of downloading and listening to podcasts offline is its major draw. There is a 4 hour time difference between overseas podcasts which means I could wait until 5:30 am to download the feed. I'm on my Windows 10 and have yesterday's material. Same issue on my android. This just happened to me yesterday. But your questions on the issue have no real responses and a lot of people have found the bug/issue unresolved.

Resolved yesterday after doing these things. Log out of Windows Spotify.

Notify the radio station which does the podcasts of the lag in upload.

Check how other stations fare on the time lag upload. TuneIn no better. Nor PocketCasts. When Spotify works it's just the best interface for offline downloads.
