Prefer cellular data when connected to wifi that blocks Spotify

My employer's wifi blocks Spotify, but I have an unlimited data plan, so I don't mind using cellular data to stream music. However, I do need my phone to be connected to their WiFi for other things. Is there any way to tell the Spotify app (or my phone) to use cellular data when WiFi is blocked/won't connect?

Can you try the following: Settings > Connections > Data usage > Mobile data only apps, and then choose Spotify.
