Premium features not working

Premium features not working

I downloaded the latest version of Spotify a few days ago. Since then, my account is "acting like" the free version...ads, limited skips, etc. I've been a premium subscriber for about a year & have never had any problems. I've tried logging out/in, and the old version is uninstalled. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!

After logging out did you turn the phone off and turn it back on and then login to the app?

Yes

First thing to check is that an active premium subscription is still shown here. On that page, make a note of the username shown - if it is a 10 digit number, make sure you are logging in with facebook, otherwise with the username shown.
