Problem with Local Files and Pictures

So I added some local files to a playlist. When listening to them via the spotify windows app via my computer the corresponding image that I attacted to the song is viewable.

When I listen to the same song via my phone there is no picture just the bland grey background. I tried logging out and back in the android app, clearing the cache and relogging in but the picture will just not sync. On spotify via my computer and also via other computer programs the picture shows it just doesn't work on Spotify Mobile. Yesterday I was doing the same with some other local files and logging out and back in fixed the issue. What could I do?
