Problems in Galaxy S7 Edge Android APP with memory micro sd 128 GB

Problems in Galaxy S7 Edge Android APP with memory micro sd 128 GB

Hello

I have a Galaxy S7 EDGE, with a micro SD 128GB If the app tell you who has downloaded the music in micro SD, restarting the phone, the user asks me and password, I select the internal memory and erases all music I downloaded.

Si a la app le digo que descarge la musica en la micro SD, al reiniciar el telefono, este me pide el usuario, me selecciona la memoria interna y me borra toda la musica descargada.

Same problem with my galaxy 7 edge. If I restart my phone for whatever reason, the next time I open the Spotify app all my offline songs are gone. It also tells me I have more than 3 offline devices (if I go to my Spotify it shows only one). And finally it will default to downloading into my main memory instead of my sd card which has significantly more memory. Please help!

already solved

1. Delete offline devices.

2. Updates the APP.

3. Login with your account.

3. Select the micro SD.

support tells me that the maximum downloads are 3333 songs
