On the mobile app, some complete albums don't even show up, other than the album title, yet on my PC, the whole album is visible

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

Thank you. The clean install was exactly what was needed. I guess one of the regular updates had gotten corrupted or something, to cause the initial problem.
