Quality changes during downloads

So I listen to Spotify offline often using my XZ Premium, I had to do a clean reinstall the other day and had to download all my songs again. I've always listened and downloaded on extreme quality before, but right now while it's in the process of downloading the settings change to Auto for Stream and Normal for Download. I tried a clean install of Spotify twice already and usually at the 100+ to 200+ songs downloaded it changes back to Normal from Extreme in the settings, without me doing anything.

Any solutions?

Same problem. Super frustrating. Considering moving apps since I'm forced to listen to dog **bleep** quality.
