On Android, Version 8.9.66.543 I don't even have a button for the queue. Is this a normal thing for Android or js me??

This is odd. Would you mind sending over a screenshot where we can see how things look on your end? 

If you haven't already, we'd also recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to remove any cache that might be causing trouble.
