Random albums on widget

why is it showing me random albums from artists ive never listened too instead of my usual playlists

Happens to me too, used to show my recently listened playlists but since a few days ago it shows random **bleep** I am not interested in, defeating the purpose of the widget, quickly accessing and playing a playlist from the home screen... please fix. Using S24+ latest OS and app updates.

Hi, I have tried: rebooting phone, loging out then back into app, deleting widget and replacing it, deleting and reinstalling the app, changing app settings, changing phone settings and everything else that i, the user, can do. Most of them do temporarily fix the problem but only for max one day. The problem is not user error or a problem on our end, there is something wrong with the widget and/or the app that the consumers are unable to fix.

I keep getting a certain artist that I don't listen to (of a specific genre I don't like at all) featured out of the blue on the Spotify widget (Android). And I would like this to stop. I don't like the artist and I don't like the genre. And your algorithm should know this given that I've been feeding it my data for about two years now. Thanks!

Is there any ETA for a fix? It's incredibly annoying having artist showing up on my widget that I've never or will never listen to.
