Renewing subscription

Got a new debit card. Tried updating payment info, and it refuses to go through. I've tried both my credit cards and even tested my mom's card, nothing. Why won't it update my payment info?

Do your payment cards meet these requirements? If you're unsure, reach out to your bank so they can help you find out.

 

Once that's sorted, try signing up for Premium using an incognito window to see if it helps.
