Reset offline playlist

Hello here is my problem; after reboot phone ( in this case galaxy s7 ) i find erase all my downloaded playlist, not every reboot but randomly. It worked the same randomly on older smartphone. I usually Save downloaded playlist to sd card. Finally i decided to open a thread here...any suggestion?
