Samsung Galaxy S5 App not working and driving me mad!!!

Hello, please can you help me. 

i recently upgraded my phone from an S4 to an S5, the app worked fine with S4 and i have the 2nd user under my ipad.  I am using the ipad and S5 in the same location, wifi etc.  The S5 continuously buffers even though the songs are available offline, when i go to select a song or playlist it takes 30 seconds or more to actually get to the song, all i see if a little green circle constantly going around.  When i select to play a song, it plays for about 3 seconds and then goes quiet but the song continues to play through without any sound?!  But my app works fine on ipad?

I am getting really frustrated paying for a premium service that is far from premium.  I also find it very annoying that there is no online help chat or a contact email address or number to call Spotify on.

Please can you help me before i cancel my account.  thanks

There's obviously huge problems with spotify and android along with other platforms at the minute.
