Samsung S5 not working after Upgrade error "24"

This morning I upgraded my S5 as per the instructions and now the app does not work at all. I am constantly getting the error 24 code.

I have uninstalled the app and downloaded the latest from Google play.  I have cleared all the app cache and data but still no joy.

Any ideas please ??
