Samsung Tizen App (Gear S2) Remote dont work

Hello I can't the the Remote Funktion to Work my Watch always Says I don't have a Bt. Connection. Just the Streaming over WLAN works with that Watch. I tried so many restarts de and anabeling Bluetooth at both Watch and Smartphone but I don't work. I got a ZTE Axon 7 with the latest Update.

It could be one of the things which is only supported when using a samsung phone. Just out of interest, can you control spotify using the stock S2 music app? Have you tried samsung support? You can also get in touch with spotify via the contact form.

The Gear S2 work with every Smartphone even with iPhones and why Samsung Should not allow this Samsung don't own Spotify you know. And Yes with the Mp3 Gear App it Works
