Sharing My Forever favourite doesn't work

My Question or Issue

I can create the list of my forever favourite songs without any problems. After taping on the share  button, an error is occured and a black screen is showed (see the attachment). Clicking on Facebook, Snapchat, etc. does nothing. I have tried to force close the app and reopen it and nothing has changed. I think it is a bug?

If you're still having this issue, could you tell us if a clean reinstall helps? You can check out this article for the relevant steps on how do do it.

Also, let us know if you can't share only this specific playlist or any playlist from your library.

We'll be on the lookout for your replies.

thank you for your reply. I have performed a clean reinstall of Spotify App and it didn't fix the problem. 

Sharing another playlists works ok. The problem occurs only in the "my forever favourite" <http://open.spotify.com/forever-favorites> playlist.

Hey @Felix_95,

Thanks for the quick reply and the info.

Could you try to share the playlist from the Web player. Open the web player > Click on the playlist > Click the 3-dot menu and select Copy playlist link.

This will help us determine if the issue is device related.

Thanks for the info and your help in troubleshooting this.

There's another thing we'd like to try. Could you ask a friend or family member if you could log in on their device and try sharing the playlist from there. Let us know if you get the same error.
