Sharing via Facebook messenger

I'm not sure if it's a Facebook messenger update or Spotify but every time I share a song via messenger it's received as an image on iOS devices vs a link as it used to be. Previously I could share a song or album with my friends and there was an open in spotify link at the bottom of the image and now that link is gone. Any ideas on why it's no longer working when I share via messenger?

Can you let us know what Spotify version you’re rocking? It'd be also a great help if you could send us a screenshot of what's showing when you're trying to share your songs. Once we have this information, we'll see what we can suggest.

Hey Sophia,

I have attached a screen shot of what happens when a friend using android shares a song through Spotify to Facebook messenger. I have also attached a screen shot of the same process but from an apple device. The apple device has a link attached where as the android device shows up as a picture not a link.

Same problem here for me. There is an "Open" link on the bottom-right corner, but it directs me towards the Spotify Web Player with no option to open the Spotify app instead. Seems like a big oversight to me.
