Shazam can't find my playlist

Recently Shazam can't find the spotify playlist that I always use. Strangely It does find my other playlist but not the one that I always use.

How can I fix this?

Shazam identifies the songs playing near us. I don't know what do you mean by "find a playlist" -- can you please give me more details about it?

My Shazam and Spotify are connected

When I have Identiefied a song on Shazam, there's the option to add the identified song to a spotify playlist. I can still do this but not to the playlist that I always use. The playlist itself is not hidden or private or anything like that.

Oh now I got it 🙂

Actually when we connect Spotify and Shazam, it automatically adds the identified song to the "My Shazam Songs" playlist. At least that's how it works for me.

I can still see this playlist when I choose "Add to a playlist" though.

Have you double checked if you haven't accidentally deleted the playlist? Are you able to add songs to all the other playlists created by you?

I had the same problem and I found the solution.

My usual playlist was collaborative, and all my other playlists weren't. So I disabled the "collaborative" option on my playlist and it instantly appeared on my Shazam's playlists
