Show me my downloads when theres no internet.

The first thing to load should be the stuff I have downloaded. I shouldn't have to wait for a slow internet connection to view this stuff.  Today when I was out of service it wouldn't show anything(see pic). Samsung S7, premium user.

I have a simlar problem ... it's fine for "albums" and "playlists", but NOT podcasts. The message I get at the bottom of the screen is:

"Spotify is currently set to offline"

But that's the point right?  To listen to a downloaded podcast offline?

I know the podcast episode has been downloaded, but how can I get to it?

I can play my downloaded podcasts wthout a net connection!  perfect!
