Shuffle Play

Hi! I have a free plan, on a Samsung J3 Prime. I use Android. I have a question. Why is it that some spotify-made playlists are shuffle play so e days and then not shuffle play. Is this a problem with my phone? Is it Spotify? Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? If that doesn't help, please let me know your device name, software, and operating system.

Hi! I I reinstalled, and the problem continues. Playlists like "Beast Mode"
that are normally normal play, are showing up as shuffle play only. I have
a Samsung j3 prime. I'm running Android 7.0. My device name is SM-J327T.

Could you go to your account page and let me know if you're on the 'Free' or 'Premium' subscription? Also, could you let me know your exact Spotify app version?

Thanks for the info! This behavior is expected. On-demand playlists on free can include editorial playlists such as Beast Mode, these can change over time depending on what music you're listening to.
