Shuffle only on mobile app, premium family user

Hi guys,

 

I'm writing because of an issue that came up today. I've been using Spotify Premium Family on my phone (Nokia 6.1 with Android 10) for a while now, without any problems whatsoever.

A few minutes ago I discovered that when I open an album, the songs are not listed and the only option is the big, green shuffle play button. I'm an album-oriented listener and this is quite annoying.

It looks like the app has been updated recently (probably overnight, looking at the graphics of the home screen).

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! 

 

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features. The Shuffle Play is the default playback mode of Spotify's free version.
