Skip Back A Track

Hey all,

I swear I used to be able to have full control of my music from the notification shade of my phone. Now I can only pause and skip but sometimes i want to go back a song? When did they take this out? I dont see why they did either cause i can still do it from my lock screen.

The skip back feature is only for Premium users.

I'm a premium user and always have been though. I can skip back in the app fine its just a pain that I have to open the app to go back

You mean the widget in the notification bar?

it's annoying need to be in the app in order to skip back a song. 

If it isn't suggested you can suggest to add skip back feature in the Ideas Board.

Hi, it's still there when playing an album or playlist. However note that you don't get the skip-back button when playing a radio station.

So ive done some testing and come to a conclusion. As always there is no skip back on radios but thats never been possible and i dont use radios personally. When you have the larger spotify options in your settings (if you have no other noticiations) there is a skip back but as soon as you say get a text the spotify options bar shrinks to a thinner bar and there it has no skip back so this is what i think they have gotten rid of. Unless there has never been one but i feel i would have noticed ages ago if it was never there.
