My Question or Issue

I use this app because it allows me to play my podcasts while offline. I've noticed that it will skip multiple episodes even though they're downloaded. I have to continually go back and play the right episode. This has become rather annoying seeing as how I listen at work. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled the app but nothing works. Please help me solve this issue.

Hi there @beckstergates,

Thanks for the post.

Can you let us know if the podcast episodes that get skipped can be played at all if you click them? Does the app give you any error message or do the episodes appear grayed out?

Looking forward to your reply.

They play just fine when I click on them.

Hey there @beckstergates,

Thanks for your reply and for the clarification.

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us a video recording of the behavior described? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

On another note, can you share with us the exact version of the OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're currently running?

Lastly, just to confirm, has the app always been behaving like this or does it start to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? Does it happen only when you're listening to the podcast in offline mode, or does it happen when you're listening to them when connected to an internet connection? It'd be really helpful if you could check these details.

Keep us in the loop!
