Smart shuffle automatically turns on for liked songs (android)

Smart shuffle automatically turns on for liked songs (android)

This has been happening for a while now but I've become increasingly annoyed with it. Smart shuffle will automatically turn itself on by default when I start listening to my liked songs. When I hit the button to turn it off, it will do so successfully. However, if I restart at the beginning, it will turn itself back on. In addition, if I am listening to the first song on my liked playlist. Do turn it off, when that song is completed, it will not move on to the second song in the playlist. It actually stops playing music entirely and the bar at the bottom showing the current song disappears.

Hey there @hhernandez126

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, is this only happening on a specific device or on other ones as well?

If it only happens on one device, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. We know this sounds odd, but it'll trigger a sync between your account and device.

If that doesn't do the trick,  it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Let us know how it goes.
