Smart shuffle doesn't work although I'm online

Smart shuffle doesn't work although I'm online

Smart shuffle deactivates after a few seconds because "I have to be online" but I am online, cause all Internet connections are working fine and I can search and listen to songs. Only smart shuffle doesn't work

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

This is odd. We'd first suggest performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind letting us know the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version currently running on the affected device? 

 

Also, let us know if you notice the same behavior when you log in to your account using a different device.
