When you're not able to see details such as the song title and artist info your Spotify app might need to get updated to the latest version. 

 

The best way to get the most recent app version with its fully updated features is performing a clean reinstall on your Samsung device. Check out this help page to find the steps for a clean reinstall depending on the device in use. This will make sure you avoid any issues with the app's display functionalities. 

 

In case the clean reinstall doesn't do the trick, try logging in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.
