(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My songs will stop playing after about 10 seconds. It doesn't happen every time. Every other song will stop. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps
