Songs being added to the queue twice

My Question or Issue

When I click "Shuffle Play" on any artist the queue will always double play each song (see attached image)

How do I stop this from happening??

That doesn't look cool.

Does this happen every time when you want to queue a song? Are all songs or just some specific songs affected by this? Could you check if that happens on a different device as well?

Happens everytime i click "shuffle play" on any band/artist

Happens to me. No shuffle, just in order when I queue. Very very annoying. Any solution? Does Spotify not know of this bug?
