Songs dont shuffle after update??

Ever since the update all the songs in any of my playlists dont shuffle right. It ALWAYS shuffles the first 10 songs on the playlist and goes down on the playlist which means I'll never get to any of my 85+ songs on them. This is irritating. I tried using my desktop to see if it was just a mobile problem but it does it there too. I dont understand why this is happening. I uninstalled and reinstalled as well logged in and out. I always have to use my all my skips to get past the same 5 to 10 songs and even then its just going down the list. It says it's on shuffle but not.

Anyone else having these issues? Any ideas how to fix this? I never had this issue until I got the update.
