Songs missing from playlist

Recently, I noticed that one of my playlists is missing some songs. The playlist says it has 12 tracks, but only 5 show up in the app.

I tried making a new playlist and adding those same tracks but only the same 5 tracks show up.

Here is the playlist:  Heads You Win Tails I Lose

I was thinking it might be a rights holder agreement issue but wouldn't that cause the track to appear grey?

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
