custom playlist not working with latest update

my custom playlist isn't working with the latest update. The songs will only download from my PC when I'm connected to wifi and they will disappear as soon as I disconnect making it useless. Is this a new feature or a bug?

using note 4 running android 4.4.4

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
