My Question or Issue

 

Spotify suddenly won't play any song for longer than a second, no matter how many times I press play it will only come on for a second or less. It doesn't matter which part of the song it is at. It is not a wifi issue as the songs I am currently trying to play are downloaded onto my phone. I have restarted the phone and closed all apps. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. I have made sure my phone settings dont have spotify on battery saver and is not optimised. I dont know what else I can do to make it work as I really dont know what is wrong with it.  

 

Any help would be amazing! 🙏

hi thanks for your help!

I managed to find out that it wasnt actually spotify but another app
interfering with it being able to play. It is sorted now 🙂

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing that kind of issue...

Initially, I'd like to suggest that you try to perform a clean reinstallation of the app on your device. Notice that this kind of reinstallation process is different than the quick one, so take a look at this support article to get help with it.
