Sonos not recognizing my Spotify Premium Acct

I recently re-up graded to premium so I can use Spotify on my Sonos system but Sonos keeps telling me I have to upgrade. Ready to delete and write off this service out of sheer frustration. And, why didn't Spotify premium allow the full Playlist access in Sonos?

Your account overview definitely shows a current premium subscription (not unlimited)? Have you tried reauthorising your sonos system?

 

I'm not too sure what you mean by "full Playlist access".
