I get this message when I access Home or Radio.

I've unistall this app. 

I've factory reset in my phone...

Nothing worked.

But, the rest works.

What device and Spotify version are you running? Also, how long has this been going on? Did it start happening after an app update?

Also, does this happen on a different WiFi connection? What about on mobile data?

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.
