My Question or Issue

Since last week spotify keeps closing every time I try to do something with another app. In the past I will play games in apps such as happy color, rummikub, facebook, instagram or I will try to open my bank's app, search/read an article, and Spotify will be playing on the background; but now every time I try to do that the app closes. Just to clarify, spotify keeps playing normally when I keep it open and stay on it and I already tried to install/uninstall the app and erasing all the data.

Would you mind double-checking that your Spotify app has all the required permissions on your Note 9 and is white-listed for any battery-saver or cache-cleaner apps or tools?
