I'm on Spotify premium iv gotten a new phone but cannot log in with it .

Just keeps offering me free trial.

When I give my email address it's saying if logged on with Facebook all my stored music is gone I can't play music but payments are still being taken from my account. 

How do I sort this .

How can I cancel my account when I'm logged in it won't allow me how can I cancel my payments of it won't allow me to log on and cancell

Log in with your spotify user name and not your email address. The log in screen is wrong and confusing and its high time Spotify amended it to remove the email reference.
