Spotify Notification

Solved!

Spotify Notification

Why Spotify Notification are different on my two smartphones? The first one is a Samsung A53 and the other is a One Plus 11 and while the app is working, on the lock screen there are 2 completely different notifications.

Does It happen because of the changes between the operating systems?

Hey @ViceTeo

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, you're right. As @Joan mentioned previously, the widgets can vary across devices, OS and may depend on custom themes you have installed on your phones.

Hi @ViceTeo,

Thanks for reaching out.

We haven't seen any reports about this and don't have enough information to say exactly what this might be. Could elaborate a bit more and send us some screenshots of what exactly you see? This will help us look into this and find out what's going on.

Keep us posted.

That Is not an issue at all, it's an aestethic thing.
On my One Plus, with the screen locked, Spotify looks like the attachment
while on my Samsung the notification has other colors or the cover images.
I was wondering if that's because of the two different Android interfaces
(Oxygen and One UI).

Thank you

Hi @ViceTeo,

Thanks for the reply.

It would appear that what you see is to be expected. The appearance of widgets can also vary between devices and operating systems and if you have any custom themes installed (or if the phone comes with such), those can influence the appearance too.

Hope this clears things up.

So these are the 2 widgets on the lock screen. Is there the difference due to the app or is something related to the interface of the OS?

Thank again
