Spotify Stops Working For No Reason

My Question or Issue

 Spotify app stops working suddenly after using for 15 seconds. It crashes and gives an error "Unfortunately, Spotify has stopped." I reinstalled the app twice but it doesn't work. It was working one day and it suddenly stopped working properly.  What do I do?

Could you provide me your current device, and software version? Also, feel free to provide me the app version, and try doing this using another device.

I'm using Asus Zenfone 2 with Android 5.0

My Spotify is up to date and there were no problems last week. It suddenly started crashing every 20 seconds for no reason.

Thanks for the info.

Since you reinstalled last week, could you try doing it again following these steps? If that doesn't work, please remove your offline devices here to see if that makes a difference.

Those two options did not work in either way. It's still crashing
