Spotify app has never worked correctly

Spotify app has never worked correctly

The app has never worked correctly for me. I have autoplay ticked but it never autoplays, instead replays the same song. I have reinstalled the app, signed out everywhere, toggled it on and off, changed other settings (crossfade)...nothing works. Not very impressive from Spotify. I also find when I am streaming to my Roberts radio, it plays 2 songs then stops, every time. These things drive me mad every day...can anyone help? The tips online from Spotify are not good enough...these glitches should not happen for a service which I pay €144 per year.

We'll just need a bit more info about your device - can you let us know your Spotify and your Spotify versions?

 

It'll also help us a lot if you could send us a screenshot of your Now Playing view.

 

Do you have trouble with AutoPlay on all playlists, or just with albums, or individual songs?

 

We'll see what we can suggest when we get a bit more info.
