Spotify app plays albums out of order

Recently, I've noticed an issue where, if I'm listening to a full album, and I need to pause for a few minutes, upon resuming the album will play out of order, usually acting as if I'm starting the album on shuffle from the beginning. I've double checked to make sure my account is still premium, which it is, so I'm not really sure why this would be happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having this same issue. All my stuff is downloaded to my SD card. I'm using a Note 4 running Lollipop. When I start an album it'll play as if shuffle is on, and it is most defnitely turned off. I've tired turning shuffle on and back off, but to no avail.
