Spotify app will play randomly unkown titles but not what I try to choose

My Question or Issue

Since today morning I can't choose any titel to hear in spotify app. Spotify app then randomly play unkown titles I've never heared before.
Furthermore spotify app automatically starts to play unkown titels on web browser also if I choose to play the title in the app.
When trying to pause the title then it immediately start to play again.
I tried to solve the issue by closing the app several times, reboot my smartphone several times and also re-install the app twice.
Nothing helped yet.
Attached you will find my screen recording of the described issue. Hopefully it help to understand my distress.

Please help me to get the spotify app working again.

I think I got it running again.

Changed my passwort via webbrowser and then clicked on "logg off everywhere".

Then performed a "clean" reinstall which was described here:

Logged into app with new password and now it seems to be ok.

Maybe I was hacked or something went wrong in the Spotify eco system.
