My Question or Issue

All this while, i have no problem casting spotify to my smart clock, After i have updated my android app on the 13 dec 2023, my smart clock cannot play music from spotify. It keep connecting.... and fail. I have tried to reset my smart clock and re-pair as well as unlink and link. Check the App permission it doesn't work...

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Could you check if clearing stored cache makes a difference? Once it's done, try logging out and back in again. These actions should resync your account info.

Another option is to perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will clear stored cache too, as well as ensure you're running the latest version.

 

If possible, you can also connect your devices to another network to see if the thing happens.
