Spotify client of my one of my android tablets keeps pausing music and replacing play queue

I'm reguraly using spotify connect to a android client that is connected to my stereo.

Another one for controlling it.

But with this setup the (I think) controlled client starts bugging out, pausing music and then replacing the play queue with what it had way back. I've tried uninstalling and installing the client, same thing. The tablet is of course at home without any user input.

Console on my windows client, that just paused, says:

Spotify are looking into Spotify Connect android <--> desktop issues. Super annoying!
