Spotify keeps "downloading music" all the time?

Atleast thats the notificaion I get every 5 minute 24/7 and its darn annoying. My music is already downloaded to the phone, so Im not sure whats up with the notification?

Music not staying synced

I sync the playlists I want. Then I close spotify and when I reopen it, it starts downloading the same playlists again. It's as if it has no memory of having downloaded it! What's going on? I just upgraded to Samsung note 4. Didn't have these issues ...
