Hey there @Phoenix1992,

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

Can you confirm if you followed these steps when you performed a reinstall? This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If the issue still persist, can you try with another internet connection?

We can also recommend that you check the phone's battery settings and make sure that Spotify is set as an exception if you're using the battery optimization option:

  1. Mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.
  2. Mobile settings> Apps> Spotify> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Spotify> disable.
  3. Last step - restart the phone.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care!

I tried all the steps provided and I'm still getting booted along with sometimes getting a message saying that Spotify has a bug and to wait to reinstall when the app fixes the issue.
