My Question or Issue
Spotify crashes every time when i start. The App opened, hold 30 seconds and crash. What can i do?
Hast du die Klassischen Problemlöser schon durch?
- Auf Updates prüfen
- Gerät neustarten
- App neu installieren
Falls ja, melde dich gerne nochmal. Dann schauen wir weiter.
Hallo,
Have tried uninstalling and re-installing, turning battery saving off, deleting google assistant voice activation, and everything else suggested, Spotify crashes everytime on my Galaxy S8, was working perfecting up until about a week ago. Works perfectly on my Google Home. Please give us a workable fix as its not usuable the way it is.
It happenned to me too, after I cleared some memory it stopped.
I have the same issue. Deleted and re installed the app, cleared space (which I have plenty) for me it seems to crash when downloading music for my offline playlists.
Only happening in the last week
That is exactly my Problem. I don't know how to fix it. But the error must come from the last Update. Before the Update everything runs perfectly but after that, nothing works anymore.
Just spoke with them, they said the below
Okay. After double checking, I was informed that we currently are having a system issue. The problem is that even when customers reinstall and download the app's newer version on their mobiles, the app still crashes.
Don't worry! Our best tech folks are working on this. I know this must be frustrating but hopefully it shouldn’t be too much longer before we've resolved the issue.
We're sure that the app will be working real soon, hopefully within the day. My apologies for the inconvenience caused.
same here... Superb!
