Hi @senrabnaneek!
Are you sure you're logged in to the right account? You can double-check by logging in to another device to see if the playlist is present there. It's also possible that you had simply been following the playlist, which created by someone else. They may have deleted it, which could have caused the playlist to disappear from Your Library.
Keep us posted. Cheers!
I am having a similar issue, the playlist I’ve created was deleted, not by me, I was able to recover it. But there’s no reason it should have been deleted.
I can confirm it was neither of those things, as I made the playlist on my phone which is only ever logged in as me, and it was a playlist I created as I added all the songs to it and named it myself
Hey folks,
Thanks for the replies.
Can you let us know if the playlists were Collaborative or Blend playlists?
Keep us posted.
My playlist was deleted by spotify when I deleted a song from the playlist. Playlist was still in my library but when selected it said "this playlist has been deleted". The playlist was not found in recover playlists site and still is not even tough i deleted it from my library too. The playlist was not Collaborative.
Hi there @maeski,
Thank you for your reply in this thread.
Can you let us know what the playlist was called so that we can have someone have a closer look backstage?
Also, around what date was it deleted?
We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
Take care!
It is called "Violent Western Space Sound" (it had a different name back then but I cant recall it anymore, something similar anyway) and it became recoverable the day after. So it got deleted July 29th and I was able to recover it the 30th.
Hi @senrabnaneek!
In case you can't restore the playlist manually from your account page, you can instead try reaching out to Customer Support, as they might be able to restore Your Library to a previous revision where the playlist is still present.
Hope you get this sorted out soon. Cheers!
Hello!
I am having a similar issue with my account, playlists (my own that I created, not ones I followed) that I have deleted in the past are not recoverable in the “restore” section. I honestly can’t remember what the titles would have been for most of them, I’ve probably had my Spotify account since the service became available in Canada back in 2014. There was a specific playlist I was hoping to recover. Previously I have been able to recover playlists without ease, but now nothing appears, and my screen says that I have yet to delete any playlists, which is certainly not true.
Regardless, should I be able to recover these playlists somehow? Is there a customer support number, and would they be able to assist with something like this? Or is this more of an IT concern? Either way, all I want is to find the uk grime playlist I made when I was a teenager in high school 😂
Hey @Browneyedgiirl,
Thanks for reaching out!
As @Yordan mentioned, if you aren't able to recover the playlists on your own, you can just reach out to the folks over at Customer Support by clicking on Contact us here. They should be able to help you find and recover the playlist you're looking for.
Take care.
